Michael Farrell showed he can do it with his arm as well as his bat. The senior right hander pitched a complete game six hitter, allowing just one run, in the Eagles 4-1 victory over the SJV Lancers. The Eagles took a first inning 1-0 lead and then added three more in the third. Kevin Clifton lead off the inning with a base hit, went all the way to third on an errant pickoff attempt and scored on a wild pitch to put the Eagles up 2-0. Later in the inning, Craig Sweeney and Scott Bruno contributed RBI singles to make the score 4-0. Bruno also added his 11th double of the season in his next at bat. With the victory, The Eagles improved to 12-9 on the season.
